At Spigamadre you can find freshly baked bread, pastries and home-made food to enjoy on site or to take-away. You can sit and chill or meet up with friends and family in our dining area, enjoying fragrant sandwiches and pastries for breakfast, home-made lasagna, pizza by the slice, grilled sandwiches, soup and salads for lunch, pastries with espresso or brewed coffee in the afternoon, arancini and wine as an aperitivo, and pizzas and tiramisù for dinner (on Fridays). Inspiration for our baked goods comes from both the Swedish and the Italian tradition, making from scratch sourdough bread and kanelbullar but also pasticciotti, babà, bignè, bomboloni -and more! For the food and the desserts, we serve Italian classics, like lasagna, pasta al forno, arancini, pizza al taglio, pizza al padellino, savory and sweet pies, zuppa inglese, and tiramisù.
